The fur is silky and soft, and is most abundant on its neck, shoulders, back, and groin. It has emerald-colored pads on its hands and paws, similar to a dog's, as well as claws of the same hue. Its eyes are unusual, with emerald-green sclera and black irises with small white pupils. Its teeth and mouth are also emerald-colored, with sharp teeth and a long tongue that often drools excessively. Its blood is also green. It has a long, furry tail, more abundant at the tip, and several protruding spines on its back. Long emerald-colored ears that sometimes bristle along with its fur, its legs are slightly twisted so that they resemble the legs of a dog or cat, and its arms are the same size as its legs, so it can walk on all fours, it has inhuman strength, and can barely speak, it speaks in a choppy, slow way, and they are more like grunts, it does not have some human concepts.

Artful is egocentric and sometimes impatient, but mostly he's kind and affectionate with Pursuer, treating him more like a puppy than a beast. He's usually charismatic and a joker, often praising himself. He's also gentle, sometimes impatient, and doesn't smile much. He often appears annoyed or stressed even when he's not. He's not much of a talker, and if he does speak, he has a French accent.
