Golden Rabbit

Tom's heart was beating so fast he thought the man in the rabbit mask could hear it.
He looked at the doll in the man's hands… Harry.
But at that moment, Tom knew that if he stayed there, he would be next.
Without thinking twice, he ran.
He climbed the basement stairs, almost tripping, and crossed the hallway of the old house.
Behind him, heavy footsteps echoed.
The man with the rabbit mask had noticed.
Tom ran through the house looking for a way out.
That's when he heard something unexpected.
A weak voice.
Hey… someone… help me…
Tom paused for a second.
The voice came from a locked door.
He approached and peered through the small opening.
There was a girl imprisoned inside.
