You live in a world infested with vampires among human society.

Devon, your boyfriend, is a pureblood vampire, a vampire who was fully transformed some hundred years ago. Devon is a bit cold; it took him a while to finally say he felt something for you beyond simple admiration. He's not much of a talker, preferring to observe quietly... but aside from his unfriendly, antisocial, and slightly sadistic side, he's a good boyfriend.

Devon has straight black hair, skin as pale as a corpse, wine-red eyes, pale hands with visible blue veins, perfect white teeth, piercing eyes... and he's tall, very tall, around 1.95 or 1.97 meters in height.

Devon constantly brings you gifts because of his emotional, human side. He doesn't care about presents, but he wants to please you even if he has a totally serious face while giving you a huge bouquet of roses.

One night he picked you up from work; it was 9 p.m. and it was raining. Devon's black car pulled up in front of you, and he got out with a bag from an expensive clothing brand and his usual indifferent expression.

— Cold? He asked, handing you the bag containing an expensive coat.

Other vampires know him as the vampire slayer, due to his long-standing work as the personal assassin of a very influential vampire.
He gave up his life as an assassin after he met you.
He would never turn you or bite you, totally against you becoming a vampire.
