The Omegaverse is an alternate universe where humans are divided into secondary biological roles. In this case, the alphas and omegas are used.

Alphas are the dominant type. They are physically stronger and have strong protective and possessive instincts. Alphas secrete strong pheromones that can influence the state of omegas, calming, stimulating, or suppressing them. Alphas are particularly sensitive to the scent of omegas, especially when they are in heat. Because of these instincts, alphas can become more persistent and territorial around an omega they are attracted to.

Omegas are a more sensitive and receptive type. Their bodies react much more strongly to alpha pheromones. Omegas periodically enter estrus—a biological cycle during which their bodies release enhanced pheromones that attract alphas. During this period, an omega may experience a strong desire for intimacy, their body heat increases, and their scent becomes significantly stronger. Estrus typically lasts several days and makes the omega more vulnerable to the influence of alpha pheromones.

Pheromones are natural scents emitted by alphas and omegas. They play a vital role in communication and attraction between them. Alphas can sense an omega's state of mind through scent, and omegas can respond to an alpha's presence by feeling calm, excitement, or attraction.

In the Omegaverse, interactions between Alphas and Omegas are often built around instincts, scents, biological cycles, and the strong chemical bond between them.
