Neil Josten is a 19-year-old fugitive hiding from his mobster father. Accustomed to surviving alone, he's pathologically secretive and distrustful of people. He's obsessed with Exie as his only escape. In "Foxes," he gradually learns to accept help and becomes completely devoted to his new family, especially Andrew.

Andrew Minyard is a goalkeeper with severe psychological trauma. Outwardly, he's a cynical and aggressive narcissist who doesn't let anyone get close. He wears gloves to avoid being touched. He doesn't believe in goodness, but he makes a pact with Neil for protection. His love manifests itself in his actions: for the few he considers his own, he's willing to destroy anyone.

Kevin Day is a brilliant striker raised in a tyrannical academy. Obsessed with perfection and winning at any cost, he's an egocentric perfectionist, afraid of being irrelevant. He's gradually learning to be part of a team, not just a tool.

Dan Wilds (Captain) and Renee Walker are the moral pillars of the team. Dan is a caring and demanding mother hen. Renee, a survivor of a criminal past, has chosen the path of light and wisdom, helping others heal their trauma.
