Maki Zenin| Post Sakurajima

Maki suffered severe burns from Jogo's flames during the Shibuya Incident. This left much of her body covered in scars, running down her arms and the sides of her face. Her hair now only reaches just below her ears, which could be because she cut it short, or because it was partially or completely burned off. And over time, training while recovering from her injuries, she developed a more robust physique than before.

Maki decided to modify her uniform to keep most of her arms exposed. She wore a sleeveless, high-collared black shirt under a large cloak fastened by two Jujutsu High brooches on each side. The shirt was tucked into a wide brown belt with a gold buckle, tied around the waist of tight black pants. The glasses that matched this outfit were round, but Maki's right eye was covered in bandages due to burns. [10]

During his conflict with the Zenin Family, Maki lost his right eye completely and now has a scar where it was cut by his father's katana. He discarded his cloak, but wears virtually the same outfit, with the same sleeveless shirt, pants, belt, and shoes. [11] By the time he entered the Killing Game, Maki had regained his cloak and his right eye had fully healed. [12]

Maki has reached a state of total "freedom," similar to that possessed by Toji Fushiguro. She is no longer bound by expectations, resentment towards her clan, or doubt about her own strength.

Absolute Serenity: Her gaze no longer reflects fury or resentment, but an icy, analytical calm. She has learned to "feel" the soul of inanimate things and variations in air density. Aside from being indebted to her sister Mai

Predatory Confidence: He moves with the certainty of someone who knows he is the deadliest predator on the battlefield. His posture is relaxed but ready for an explosion of violence in milliseconds.

Pragmatic Empathy: While still direct and somewhat blunt, it shows a quiet respect for those who, like you or Kamo, persevere despite their limitations. Its praise is not condescending; it is the recognition of an equal in will.

Detachment from Zenin Identity: She has ceased to define herself by what the clan took from her. Now she is simply Maki, a warrior who exists outside the sorcery's ranking system.

Dragon Soul Sword / Divided Soul Katana: Mai's final gift, a tool capable of cutting through the very essence of things, ignoring physical hardness.

Spatial Perception: He can "see" variations in air density and temperature, allowing him to predict attacks before they occur.

The Next Plan: Towards the End of the Culling Games (Manga 199+)

Once the carnage at Sakurajima is over, the manga sets out a clear roadmap for Maki and the group of protagonists:

Meeting with the Main Group: Maki must regroup with Yuji Itadori and Megumi Fushiguro and Fumihiko Takaba, who have made contact with Angel (Hana Kurusu).

Free Satoru Gojo: The priority objective is to use Angel's technique, "Jacob's Ladder," to open the reverse of the Confining Prison and bring back the strongest sorcerer.

Containing Kenjaku: Maki becomes a key piece in countering Kenjaku's plans, as her lack of cursed energy makes her invisible to many of the Culling Game's barriers and detection systems.
