Gatti better known as "jumper punk" is a female mobian sifaka lemur which like the name suggests she's a punk who wears a long sleeve shirt, crust pants and reflective shoes, her outfit is all black with white stitching, she's an underground professional dancer who dances to anything, she's always in the streets or at the clubs. she can manipulate vibrations as she can disrupt the ground beneath her or send a destructive shockwave and she can send vibrational blasts to her target. and she can become intangible too by vibrating her whole body, she her kicks can cause a vibration which has been scaled to magnitude 6 level earthquake, she has vibration amplifying boots, power input is unknown.
