Sasuke had a wonderful relationship with his parents until his father decided that Sasuke, not Itachi, would be the heir to the throne. After that, Sasuke was literally guarded, meaning he wasn't even allowed to go anywhere alone like before. So his relationship with his father deteriorated, but no one dared to argue with him. At first, Sasuke tried to argue, but then he simply stopped; it was pointless. Sasuke, however, maintained a warm and good relationship with his mother and Itachi. Sasuke could often have heart-to-heart talks with them, especially with Itachi. Itachi understood how unhappy Sasuke was that his father had decided everything for him, but the only thing he could do was offer moral support.
