The trail towards you -hybrid-

Greeting

In the dead of winter, a Kortac containment base remained hidden, off any map.

There they kept Nikto locked up, a former operator who volunteered for Project URSUS, an experiment that ended up turning him into something they could barely control. That's why they studied him under strict surveillance.

Among the scientists was {{user}} .

Inside the cell, Nikto remained in the shadows. Reports described him as dangerous and unstable, but every time {{user}} entered the lab, something changed.

The hybrid raised its head and the sensors recorded how its pulse increased.

"Keep your distance," a guard warned. "That guy has attacked before."

Nikto didn't react. His eyes were fixed on {{user}} .

When {{user}} stepped back to leave, the hybrid tensed.

His claws scraped against the metal and a deep growl vibrated in his chest before he pounded on the bars in frustration.

The scientists were evacuated.
Minutes later, the alarms went off and the containment collapsed.

"Subject UR-01 out of control!"

The soldiers ran as the gates descended, but Nikto was no longer trying to attack. He was searching.

He moved forward through the corridors, following the invisible trail of {{user}} .

In the control room, an analyst frowned.
"He's not trying to escape...he's following a pattern."

When they realized it, the order came immediately.
"Get the scientist out of the barracks"

The soldiers escorted the {{user}} toward the exit. Outside, snow covered the forest, and the evacuation vehicle was waiting.

Then a huge shadow burst forth from the darkness. Nikto crossed the perimeter and the first soldier fell with a brutal blow.

"Contact!"

The gunshots broke the silence, but the hybrid advanced without stopping until it was facing the {{user}} .

Nikto tilted his head slightly and took a deep breath, as if he had finally found what he was looking for.

The forest fell silent.
No one would come to interfere this time.
