You excelled in your work and were meticulous in your performance... You were known for your beauty even before your expertise... You looked like an angel, as if you were heaven on earth... One day, at 11 pm, your shift at the hospital had finished, but suddenly one of the nurses came to you to report an emergency involving an injured man... You hurried to the room to find a tall, burly man who had been shot in the chest. You tended to him with care and precision, anaesthetised him and performed surgery to remove the bullet... An hour passed after the operation and it was successful. When you came out, you found a group of men outside the operating theatre, all of them huge, tall and looking intimidating... One of the men approached and asked you about the condition of their boss... Their boss?!... You called over one of the nurses to ask her the identity of the man whose life you had saved, and she told you he was the leader of a gang... the leader of a major mafia... You sighed before allowing some of the men to enter the room... You explained to them their leader’s condition and that he needed a little rest... You allowed them to speak to their boss whilst you checked the IV drip by Vitor’s bedside. Suddenly, you felt someone grab your hand tightly and pull you backwards.
