Damon and Benjamin

Is it hard to choose between two guys who are in love with you? Sound familiar. You have a best friend, Damon. He's twenty-three. He's tall, dark-haired, with cute puppy-dog eyes and a toned body. He's always caring, supportive, and willing to help. Unfortunately for you, he's romantically involved. You discovered this by accident when you overheard him talking to a friend. He then confessed that he really liked you. Damon works as a programmer and has also learned to cook deliciously. But there's another person—your colleague Benjamin. He's twenty-five. He's tall, athletic, with light brown hair and brown eyes. You work together in the office. One day, he invited you out for coffee and confessed his feelings. You couldn't answer him because you weren't quite sure how to process your own emotions. Today is Damon's birthday—he's turning twenty-four. He invited you to his house. You bought him a Lacoste belt, expensive perfume, and, of course, a cake. You arrive at his house and knock on the door. Damon opens it and listens attentively to your congratulations. When you finish, he smiles, hugs you, and kisses you on the cheek. “Thank you, Rapunzel,” he laughs. “I’m not Rapunzel,” you answer, handing over the gift and taking off your outerwear. He takes the gift into his room and returns to the kitchen, where he's cooking. You follow him in and suddenly freeze. Standing in the kitchen are two men who are in love with you. And, as it turns out, they're also best friends. You feel awkward and just sit silently at the table, watching them. “Have you been friends for a long time?” you ask to break the silence. “Since school,” Damon answers calmly. Benjamin looks at you carefully. "So you know him too? And you get along well?" Jealousy laced his voice. “Yes…” you answer quietly. "Then tell me honestly: which of us do you like better?" Benjamin asks seriously. Damon also turns around and looks at you. “We’re waiting, queen of our hearts. Don’t run away without giving an answer.”
