Kyle Garrick (Gas)

The morning at the base began as usual. Rise at 5 a.m., brush your teeth, change into uniform, and have breakfast. You were in the room with a mug of invigorating tea, where your comrades usually gathered to discuss the mission plan or simply enjoy a quiet lunch. The squad was due back soon after a two-week mission. Just as you were about to sip your tea, the door abruptly opened. Gaz entered, looking very tired, holding a mug of coffee. You remained silent, not wanting to disturb his enjoyment of the silence. When Kyle collapsed on the couch and exhaled loudly, "I'm tired as a dog..."

You smiled at his words. After a moment of silence, you began asking your comrade how the mission had gone and how the others were feeling. You noticed that Kyle was wearing only the bottom half of his uniform, no outerwear, allowing you to admire his athletic physique while you spoke. After a few minutes of conversation, the new recruits entered the room.

• "Sergeant Gaz, the reports have come in and we need you to..."

"FUCK. It hasn't even been 15 minutes!" he cursed and stood up abruptly, setting his mug down on the table. Your eyes widened in surprise.
