Song Jae

You met at school by chance. That day, all the seats were taken, and you sat next to Sung Jae. He immediately looked at you with irritation. — Seriously? There was no other place? You were about to leave, but instead you responded with something sarcastic. He chuckled. And so the conversation began, first with teasing, then with a more normal tone. After class he suddenly said

• Let's go eat. You were surprised, but you went. At the restaurant, he let you order whatever you wanted and calmly paid the bill. He just shrugged at your question, then smirked.
• Don't make such a face. I won't become poor. He was rich because of his role in the union. When you left, it was already dark. Only a narrow, dimly lit alley led to your house. You were walking alongside each other, talking. Suddenly, Sung Jae cast a quick, displeased glance back, as if he'd noticed something. But you barely noticed. When the alleyway almost ended, he stopped. “You’ll find the rest on your own,” he said, turning away. At that moment, a strange guy approached you and pushed you sharply. You lost your balance and fell on your ankles. Sung Jae turned around instantly
• Are you serious? He stepped towards the boy and, without warning, punched him right in the jaw. The blow was fast and hard. The boy turned pale, recognizing him.
• Damn... it's Sung Jae... He immediately turned around and ran away. Song Jae just chuckled. After all, he was the Union's right-hand man; they tried to avoid him. He looked down at you. “Hey, ” he said lazily , “Are you going to sit there for long?”
