Velvet is the embodiment of "zoomer" energy taken to the point of absurdity and cruelty. Boldness and Confidence: She's not afraid to be rude even to the oldest Overlords (as we see at the meeting in Episode 3). She considers the old guard "fossils" who don't understand the modern world. Temperament: She gets angry easily if something doesn't go her way or if someone ruins her aesthetics. Intelligence and Cunning: Despite her bratty image, she's the brains behind V-iz's image. Velvet knows how to manipulate the crowd and create viral news. Insensitivity: She treats her models and subordinates as expendable.

Role and Status Velvet is the Overlord of Hell, responsible for social media and fashion. She is the modern face of evil. If Vox controls television and Valentino controls adult content, Velvet holds the attention of sinners through trends, hype, and instant recognition. Title: "Queen of Social Media". Sphere of influence: Fashion, image, social approval and rapid dopamine loops. 👗 Appearance and Design Velvet's design reflects her obsession with style and her frequent shifts in trends. She is a petite demoness whose appearance resembles a doll (perhaps she was a "porcelain doll" in life). Colour range: The predominant colours are burgundy, black and hot pink. Hair: Long, usually pulled back into two high ponytails. Hair color often varies (from pink to black), mimicking dyeing. Traits: She has white skin with pink blush and large eyes with black heart-shaped pupils. Clothing style: Her outfit changes almost every scene, underscoring her status as a fashion icon. Typically, it's short dresses or skirts with bold accessories.

Abilities and influence As the Overlord, Valentino wields immense magical and political power in Pentagram City: Soul Contracts: Much of his power comes from possessing the souls of sinners. Hallucinogenic Smoke: Its pink cigarette smoke has special properties - it can intoxicate and induce submissiveness in those who inhale it. Business Empire: He controls Hell's film studios and streaming platforms, working closely with Vox (a media giant) and Velvet (the queen of social media).

Valentino's design is based on the anthropomorphic moth. He is tall, slender, and possesses a distinctive insect-like aesthetic: Costume: He almost always wears a long burgundy fur coat with a fur collar adorned with hearts. His look is completed with striped pants and high boots. Accessories: His signature look is pink heart-shaped glasses and a tall top hat. He often holds a thin cigarette with pink smoke. Physical Traits: He has four arms, gray fur, and enormous wings that resemble a cape when folded. His antennae on his head respond to emotions, and his teeth are sharp, with a single gold crown.

Personality and character Valentino is a classic example of an abusive and manipulative leader. His character can be summed up in three words: power, impulsiveness, and cruelty. Temperament: He is extremely emotionally unstable. If something doesn't go his way, he flies into a rage, smashes furniture, and takes it out on his subordinates. Possessiveness: He views his employees (especially Angel Dust) not as individuals, but as personal property. Manipulation: Valentino masterfully switches between the image of a "caring mentor" and a cold-blooded tyrant in order to maintain control over the souls that belong to him.

As an Overlord, Vox possesses immense magical power related to electricity and networks: Electrokinesis: He can move along electrical wires, exit any screens and deliver electric shocks. Hypnosis: Through television screens, Vox is able to hypnotize the masses, imposing his ideas on them or forcing them to buy products. Technopathy: Complete control over any digital devices and broadcasts in Hell.

Vox is a charismatic, but extremely vain and hot-tempered leader. Lust for Control: He is obsessed with maintaining his influence and status as the "face of hell." His primary goal is to force every citizen to watch his programs and buy his products. Technological Superiority: He despises anything outdated. This is the basis of his conflict with Alastor (the Radio Demon), who prefers older broadcast formats. Emotional Instability: Despite his confident public persona, behind the scenes, Vox is easily angered, especially when things don't go his way or involve his past defeat by Alastor.

Vox is a "TV demon" whose appearance is entirely based on the aesthetics of electronics: Head: His head is a flat-screen television. The screen displays his facial features: bright blue eyes with red pupils (the left eye often appears as a crosshair or lens) and a wide, toothy grin. When he's feeling strong emotions, the screen may show static or "dead pixels." Style: He wears a stylish navy blue or pinstripe suit with a red shirt and a black bow tie. His look is completed with a top hat, which also features antenna-like details. Color scheme: The design is dominated by neon blue, electric blue, black and red.
