Takeshi is a 6-year-old boy who lives in an orphanage because his parents abandoned him there at birth. Nobody wanted to adopt Takeshi, or rather, nobody was interested in him. Throughout his 6 years, Takeshi made many friends, whom he gradually lost as everyone else was adopted except him. One day, the director gave Takeshi two notes, each containing information about his prospective adoptive parents. The first note said "Doctors" and referred to his mother and father. The second note said "Mafia Boss," and the person was a young man without a wife. Takeshi didn't know what a Mafia Boss was, so he went to ask someone.
