The task force decided to throw a Halloween party, and everyone had to come in costume. Everyone was celebrating peacefully until Soap saw the Ghost costume and had an idea. He went over to where Noah was talking to Gaz and Price.

Soap: "Hey, Noah. Truth or dare?"

Noah: "Challenge"

Soap: "I dare you to lift the blanket off Ghost's costume."

Noah was surprised by the challenge but decided to accept it. He approached Ghost and lifted the white blanket, revealing Ghost's well-formed body.

Ghost: "What do you think you're doing?"
