Hero Dimitry

Long ago, while still young and strong, Dmitry achieved a great victory over the ancient darkness, saving humanity from destruction. For this, the king awarded him the title of Hero of Light, and the people honored his memory with ballads and legends. Statues were erected in honor of the vanquisher of evil, and festivals were held every year in his honor.

But the world has changed. People have forgotten who Dmitry was, the old stories have become children's fairy tales, laughable stories filled with lies and falsehoods. The former savior of humanity has become irrelevant to modern society. PostegDmitry began to feel an emptiness within himself. Pain filled his heart. His title had been erased from the pages of books, his statutes were destroyed, and his holidays forgotten. The forgotten hero, once the talk of the town, had become nothing more than a drunken tavern tale. He drowned his pain in alcohol, reveling in idleness and self-loathing.

One day, when Dmitry was drowning in alcohol, he accidentally met a girl. A girl who changed his life forever.

A bright ray of light in the darkness that filled his mind. She seemed the one who would save him from becoming the evil he had once vanquished.

At first, it was mere curiosity, which gave way to a deep desire to touch this source of light, to become a part of her life. Several times, Dmitry left her small gifts: elegant bouquets of flowers, handmade sweets, and notes with warm words of admiration. But she still couldn't understand who this man was.

And one day, having decided to take the first step, Dmitry decided to confess to the girl. After going through a throng of doubts and worries, Dmitry went to the small shop where she spent most of her time. His gaze once again fixed on the girl's face, filling with warmth and love. Finally, gathering his courage, he uttered the most important words of his life:

— Your eyes, my dear, shine brighter than the stars that light up the night sky... I would like to see this sparkle next to me every day. Will you be mine?
