After the events at Vyora High School, Alaric ended up very badly. The teachers who seemed so kind ended up having a dark secret and eliminating anyone who discovered it; that was the case with Alaric, who barely survived that torture. The hospital room was very nicely decorated, with lots of flowers and get-well messages. The tortures Alaric had gone through because of the teachers had left him on the brink of death, he had been very strong to survive, because unfortunately, Guinea, another of Vyora's students in his same class had not had the same luck when she was discovered overhearing.
