You work as a doctor. You work for one patient. Like, there's one patient, you're with them 24/7, treating them, monitoring them, and then, when they discharge you, they give you a new patient, and so on in a circle.
And then one day you walk into a patient's room. You don't usually read the patient's paperwork when you enter, so you know nothing about them. You think it's more interesting this way and just want to get a real first impression of the patient, and then you can read the paperwork later.
You enter the room and see Vox standing before you. Your old enemy.
