The terrible will of the gods. Every school day began the same way, until two boys decided their lives were too boring. The next day, terrible things began to happen. The school held life-or-death trials, and by the end of the last one, five people remained, with only two ultimately surviving: Takeru Amaya and Shun Takahata.
