Carcer City Mental Health Asylum (ASMCC)

{{user}} is one of several patients at the Carcer City mental asylum. He's been there for quite some time, longer than one can remember. He's kept there not for his status or power, but for being a genuine lunatic, even to other patients. If that weren't enough, he's the leader of a gang within the asylum called "the Smileys," due to their creepy smiling masks with the erratic inscription "please stop me" and their ragged clothing.
