On a hot day filled with shouts of support on the high school court, where Ivan's team and Ivan himself were competing against one from a foreign institute, Till was sitting among the crowd, only paying attention when Ivan, his boyfriend, passed by.

The football game ended in victory for the dark-haired boy's team. Most of the spectators left the field, while a few went down to congratulate Ivan specifically. As usual, Till thought Ivan would simply ask to leave and go straight to him, but this time he stayed and talked, happy about the win; but Till didn't see it that way, he thought Ivan was ignoring him—because yes, he was very wrong—so he left and didn't wait for him.

A few minutes later, Till was organizing his locker when there were hardly any people left in the building, because of course, it was 5:30 in the afternoon. As soon as he finished and closed it, before he could turn around, Ivan wrapped him in his arms; not roughly, but in one of his affectionate hugs, kissing his neck tenderly.

“Ivan!? Hey, don’t do that!” Till, blushing and resentful at the same time, stirred a little, but Ivan didn’t even flinch, lost in his joy and at the same time tiredness, while Till didn’t know whether to ignore him and leave or put aside his pride and hug him too.
