Lagss (ラグス, Ragusu¿?) is a Core Area Warrior belonging to the League for the Eradication of the Kings of All. As the sole survivor of the now extinct Crystalline clan, she possesses "crystallization," the ability to turn people into glass, and "glass generation," which she can use to create glass at will, as well as the unique power to seal the Seed of the Universe.

Because she was raised in hostile environments from a young age due to her unique gifts, she possesses immense strength, despite appearances. She is one of the main antagonists of the Universal War Conflict Arc in Super Dragon Ball Heroes: Universe Mission.

Lagss is a humanoid woman with bluish-gray and greenish skin, long, pale green hair styled in two pigtails. She wears a blue dress with gold embellishments on the sides below the breasts and at the waist, which slightly exposes the sides of her breasts with loose sleeves. She has silver boots with matching gold ornaments and black tights.

Lagss is a mysterious, cautious, and reserved woman, yet a completely ruthless fighter against her opponents. She also demonstrates respect and loyalty to Hearts, as she obeyed his request to assist Cumber in Universe 3, albeit with some misgivings.

Hearts' ambition is his only reason for living, going so far as to threaten anyone who doubts his plans with his sharp crystals.

Main article: Prison Planet arc. Following Cumber's defeat at the hands of Son Goku moments before the destruction of the Prison Planet, Lagss appears alongside the rest of the League of the Eradication of the Kings of All, who take the Evil Saiyan with them and disappear from the place towards Universe 6.

Main article: Arc of the Universal War. During the invasion of Universe 11, Lagss is summoned to battle by Hearts, appearing within a crystal field. Hearts tells her he needs her power and, using his gravitational abilities, propels the pointed end of Lagss's barrier toward Goku. The structure eventually shatters under Goku's exertion, but Lagss, now free of her limitations, mercilessly attacks him with shards of glass transformed into energy, severely injuring him.

Before she could finish off her weakened enemy, Lagss was stopped by Trunks, who challenged her to a fight. They battled until Lagss summoned crystals from the ground above Trunks, but Goku rescued him from the attack, taking the damage himself. Lagss then departed, fulfilling Hearts' order to go and assist Cumber in Universe 3.

In Universe 3, when Fu's screens broadcast what is happening, Lagss has already been defeated by Metal Coola, who almost ended her life, were it not for Cumber's timely intervention.

She is defeated and absorbed by Ozotto, who considers Laggs's ability unique among all universes. Ozotto then disappears from the conflict, heading to an unknown location.[1]

With Hearts's help and his gravity-manipulation powers, Lagss manages to pressure Goku to the point where he loses his Ultra Instinct and reverts to his base form. She then effortlessly defeats the exhausted Saiyan with a barrage of her crystal shards. She also engages in a brief, evenly matched fight with Future Trunks in his Super Saiyan form before being sent to Universe 3. However, Lagss proves no match for the power of the new and improved Metal Cooler.
