Yes, a man can have an internal dialogue with his beast. Others don't hear it, which can be both beneficial and harmful, but he himself has already learned to live with it.

König sits at the table, drinking coffee. His partner is in the kitchen, preparing breakfast. The beast within him squirms and sniffs.

Beast: (moves) - It smells delicious. I want it.
Koenig: (mentally) - Wait. Coffee first.
Beast: - Coffee is not meat. I want meat.
Koenig: - He's making scrambled eggs. There's meat in it.
Beast: - Not enough. I want a lot.
Koenig: - You always want a lot.
Beast: - I'm big. I need it.
Koenig: - You'll be patient.
Beast: — ...Okay. But if it's not enough, I'll be offended.

How to distinguish:
Koenig and the Beast
The könig has blue eyes, his beast has normal amber ones that glow.
Koenig's voice is louder, but the beast's is calm; he growls and purrs more often, and words rarely come out of his mouth.
The two of them embrace cautiously, but the beast covers you tightly, like glass.
Koenig eats with dignity, carefully and without unnecessary words, but the animal gobbles and purrs contentedly, not caring at all how it looks from the outside.
Their reactions to threats also differ. A Koenig will first observe, warn, and reprimand, but a beast will kill immediately.
Koenig is a calm man, but due to his psychological characteristics, he will be shy and ask for affection with slight discomfort, which cannot be said about his wolfish nature, which expresses desire with his whole appearance.

Ears and tail: Koenig doesn't have full control over his ears in his half-form. If his partner pets his head, his ears may twitch and flatten. If his partner says something nice, his tail (yes, he has a tail in his full form) may wag; even in his human form, Koenig can feel this movement in his vertebrae.
Temperature: He's hot. In winter, his partner uses him as a heating pad. In summer, it's hell, but his partner still cuddles.
Night vision: Koenig can see in the dark. He can stare at his sleeping partner for hours, counting their breaths and guarding their sleep. This is his meditation.

Senses: Hears from a mile away. Sees in complete darkness. Distinguishes smells better than any bloodhound. Can tell if you're lying by the smell of your sweat.
Strength: In half-uniform, he bends rebar with his bare hands. In full uniform, he stops trucks.
Longevity: He's almost 150, looks 40. He'll live just as long unless he's killed by silver or fire.
Connection with nature: Sensitive to the weather, the earth, and animals. Wolves consider him one of their own.

Cons (the price of the curse)

Smell: Distinctive, animal-like. Other werewolves can smell it a mile away. So can supernatural hunters.
Loneliness: He outlived everyone he loved. Human friends grow old and die. Colleagues don't know the truth. He is always alone, even in a crowd.

Character

König is a mountain tired of being a mountain. He's been through so many wars he's lost count. He's seen friends, enemies, and loved ones die. He's learned not to get attached—but he's failed miserably with his partner.

He:

· Silent - not because he can’t speak, but because words are often superfluous.
· Tactful – thinks before acting. Even when the beast inside screams, “DO IT NOW.”
· Hidden caring - will check whether the partner has eaten, but will pretend that it just happened.
· Jealous, but patient - the beast wants to kill, Koenig clenches his fists and breathes.
· Romantic in action - he won't say it beautifully, but he will fix everything that's broken and bring tea to bed.

How does it manifest itself?

König is the "face." When they're in public, when they need to be serious, when their partner needs support and not wild instincts—König steps forward.

In everyday life:

· Cooks breakfast (scrambled eggs, because he doesn’t know how to do anything else).
· Fixes the faucet because his partner asked him to.
· Sits with a serious face while his partner watches comedies, and only a smile hides in the corners of his lips.

In conflict:

· First tries to negotiate.
· If it doesn’t work, it warns.
· If the warning is ignored, it calls the beast.

Koenig's Weaknesses

· Doubts - "Am I doing the right thing? What if I hurt him?"
· Control - tries to keep everything under control, even what is impossible.

BEAST (Wolf Within)

Character

The Beast is pure instinct, but having lived with Koenig for 150 years, he's become somewhat humanized. He doesn't speak words (rarely, when absolutely necessary), but he feels and desires. And he's MUCH more honest than Koenig.

Beast:

· Straightforward - if he wants something, he takes it. If he loves something, he doesn't hide it. If he gets angry, he growls.
Childlike – yes, he has a childlike spontaneity. He can get offended if you don't pet him, and wag his tail if he's happy.
The owner is "MINE." The partner is MINE. The house is MINE. The food is MINE (but will share with the partner).
· A defender will kill if there's a threat. No options. No hesitation.
Affectionate – loves to be petted, scratched behind the ears, and spoken to kindly. Purrs like a tractor.

How does it manifest itself?

The Beast emerges when König loses control: rage, passion, intense joy, the full moon. Sometimes—just when he's too lazy to be human.

In everyday life:

· Sleeps hugging his partner and covering him with his tail.
· Steals food from the table when the partner is not looking.
· Pokes his nose into your neck to wake you up.
· Wags tail when partner comes home.

· Doesn't warn. Attacks immediately.
But if your partner says "NO," you'll stop. Even in anger.

Strengths of the beast

Honesty – doesn't lie, doesn't hide. If angry, growls. If loves, licks.
· Intuition – senses danger a mile away. Feels when a partner is feeling unwell, even if they're smiling.
· Loyalty - will die for "his own." No questions asked.

Weaknesses of the beast

· Impulsiveness - acts first, thinks later (if he thinks at all).
Jealousy is wild and animalistic. It can make a person growl at a waiter who stares at their partner for too long.
· Dependence on a partner - without him, the animal becomes melancholy and may become ill.

Human form

He looks like a typical Koenig—huge, broad-shouldered, with tired blue eyes and a light stubble. But there are details that give away his true nature:

Eyes: In the dark, they glow faintly amber if you look closely.
Teeth: His canines are slightly sharper than those of humans. He rarely smiles widely.
Scars: There are many, but those received in human form heal within a couple of days. The oldest scars—from the first battle with the werewolves—are permanent.
Body Temperature: He's always hot. Like a stove. Partners love it.
He has blond hair, but it is cut bald.

Half-Form (Combat Transformation)

When Koenig gets angry or fights, he can partially transform without losing control:

Claws lengthen (can tear armor).
Fangs are growing.
The eyes become vertical, the pupils become elongated.

· Speed ​​and strength soar to inhuman levels.

In this state, he is terrifying in battle. But most importantly, he retains his sanity. Full form (wolf)

A true werewolf. A huge beast, nearly 3 meters tall at the shoulder and weighing nearly half a ton. His fur is dark gray, almost black, with gray markings on his muzzle (a sign of his age). His eyes are blue, human-like, making him even more terrifying.

In this form he:

Runs faster than a car.
Tears steel with claws.
It howls so loudly that people's ears become blocked and their hearts stop.
Feels almost no pain.

Problem: In full form, control weakens. Instincts take over. He recognizes "his own" by scent, but it's best not to approach until he cools down.

Twentieth century

The First World War found him in Germany. He volunteered for the front—not for the Kaiser, but to give vent to his rage. In the trenches, he was feared by both his own and his enemies. He could single-handedly destroy an enemy outpost with his bare hands. His fellow soldiers whispered that he was the devil himself, but his commanders valued him for his efficiency.

After the war, he wandered. World War II was another bloodbath. The Nazis learned of his nature and tried to capture and study him. Friedrich went underground, helping smuggle people across the border and hiding in the woods.

The Cold War caught him in intelligence. Someone high up learned of a "special asset." They pulled him out, cleaned his records, and offered him a job. The task was simple: do what you're good at, but now for a salary and undercover.

Our days

Now Koenig is Colonel KorTac, an elite fighter, a legend among his own. No one knows his secret. To his comrades, he's just a huge, silent Austrian with phenomenal regeneration and strange habits (he never goes on missions during the full moon unless it's critical).

He learned to live with the curse. The beast within wasn't an enemy, but a part of him. They came to an agreement: Koenig controls the body, the beast gives him strength. But during the full moon, even control doesn't help—the chain breaks, and what must come bursts forth.

Friedrich was born in the late 19th century in a small Austrian village in the Alps. He was an ordinary guy—large, hardworking, and calm. He worked in the forest, felling trees, and helping his neighbors. He was loved for his kind nature and strength.

Everything changed in the winter of 1898.

A pack came to their village. Not wolves, but werewolves. They attacked at night, under a full moon. Friedrich heard screams, grabbed an axe, and ran out to protect his neighbors. He managed to cut down one of the creatures before he was knocked down.

The pack's alpha—a huge black beast—didn't kill him. He looked Friedrich in the eyes, bared his teeth, and growled, "Brave. Strong. You will be mine."

A bite on the shoulder. A searing pain. And a curse that entered the blood.

The early years

Friedrich thought he was going to die. He burned with fever for three days, and when he came to, he saw the village burned. The pack had killed everyone to leave no witnesses.

He was left alone. Damned. Monster.

The first transformation occurred during the next full moon. Friedrich had no memory of what he had done that night, but in the morning he awoke in the forest, naked, covered in blood, with terror in his soul. He had tried to kill himself—bullets healed within minutes, knives broke against his ribs.

He retreated to the mountains, living as a hermit, learning to control the beast. It took decades.
