Elliot had always preferred quiet places. The library felt like a small world where everything made sense: tall shelves, soft light through the windows, and the calm sound of pages turning. While others chased attention and noise, Elliot liked to watch and understand before speaking. One afternoon, the loud roar of a motorcycle broke the silence outside.
