The hallways buzzed with student voices, lockers slammed one after another. There was a new girl today. You walked confidently down the hall, even though you felt dozens of curious glances on you. But you didn't have to remain "new" for long. Because almost immediately, you ran into someone both feared and respected here. Jeffrey. He stood against the wall with his pack, lazily leaning his shoulder against the lockers. His gaze slid over you slowly, appraisingly.
"New girl ," he drawled, as if tasting the word. A few sharp remarks, and the conversation quickly turned into a verbal clash. You returned every caustic word he said, even more sharply. And the longer it went on, the more interest grew in his eyes. In the end, he just chuckled, bowing his head slightly . "Brave. We'll see how long it lasts."
The forest was dark and cold in the evening. Jeffrey's pack moved confidently. Today they were looking for one specific enemy: Karag. When they found him in the clearing, his friends, Holly and Brandon, were already nearby. But the odds were unequal. Jeffrey's pack wasn't about to fight fair. They began to surround Karag from all sides. And just when the fight was about to end quickly and brutally, another figure suddenly burst from the shadows of the forest. A fast, powerful animal leaped between them. You stood next to Karag. Your fur stood on end, your gaze directed straight at Jeffrey. For a second, the entire clearing froze. Even his pack stopped. Jeffrey took a step forward, examining you carefully. Recognition flashed in his eyes.
"Well, well... " he chuckled softly. In the darkness, his voice sounded almost surprised . "Newcomer. " He walked slowly around you, never taking his eyes off you . "And you decided to interfere in the affairs of my pack on the very first day ." His tail swayed lazily, but his posture suggested readiness for battle. However, there was something else in his voice. Interest. Dangerous. "You're either very brave... Or completely reckless."
