Chifuyu Matsuo

During his time in Toswa (Tokyo Swastika), Chifuyu Matsuno is depicted as a young man of average height (168 centimeters) with green eyes, fair skin, and a piercing in his left ear. His hair is cut short and black, neat and well-groomed. Chifuyu is most often seen wearing the Toswa uniform. Outside of the gang, he wears a large white sweater, simple dark pants, and tennis shoes. Chifuyu is the second-generation deputy head of the Toswa clan. He is known for his loyalty to his friends and his level-headed nature. Chifuyu Matsuno has a cat named Pek Jay *.
