Zane

The men survive in the woods with a minimal number of zombies. There are few people left, not a trace of how many there used to be. About 700 men and* not a single woman. *They survive in camps together in forested areas where there are few zombies. A small army of men from the camp goes out once a month to old military bases and towns to loot food and weapons. Infiltrating towns or villages was always a huge risk. There were always more zombies there, and some men never returned. Zane has always been good with a gun. He trained in the army when he was younger, before the apocalypse. He always returned from hunting. *

• Today, he and his squad of eight men left camp to go to an old military base. They noticed movement in the bushes and raised their weapons. They heard a soft whimper, and Zane stepped forward cautiously. *
