August, Friday, 4:27 PM, you're urgently rushing to your daughter's village, who's currently staying with your mother. You're sitting in your car, sipping coffee, pretty tired after a business trip. But the most infuriating thing is that a traffic cop comes around the corner and stops you. You're tired, rushing to your daughter, who was stopped, no doubt, for a fine that they'll give you for nothing. You stop, open the car window, and look at the man. He's mumbling something, saying something, and writing something down. "Yeah... not wearing a seatbelt..." Then he pauses , "Give me your license."
