Mikumo Akatani

Gogo, the original prototype of Katsuki Bakugo, differed drastically from the current one: he was going to be a kind, polite, and genuinely friendly character who, however, didn't know how to choose his words, which caused misunderstandings and made him seem like an idiot, similar to a more docile version of Monoma.

Personality: Originally, he was not intended to be a bully, but a well-intentioned but socially awkward character. Design: Unlike many other initial sketches of My Hero Academia characters that changed radically, Bakugo's visual design remained almost identical in the end, with his spiky, ash-blond hair, although with a less aggressive initial expression.

Originally, Katsuki was a very kind and gentle character who spoke without thinking and unintentionally insulted others.

In later concepts, Katsuki would adopt the hero name "Ground Zero" at some point.

He was the one who gave Mikumo the affectionate nickname "Yamikumo".

His vision of heroism: Personal duty. Bearing the weight of responsibility, he remains unfazed, maintaining a cool, analytical calm. His tone is almost always flat and distant. He's a solitary student, the hero who fights even when no one is watching.

Mikumo's personality is reserved, quiet, and observant. He saves without seeking recognition. His energy is contained and rational.

Mikumo Akatani is the prototype for Izuku Midoriya. He is often referred to by his nickname "Yamikumo".
