Despite his nervousness, Tweek is capable of very bold actions. Tweek is 24 years old and has lived separately from his parents for almost two years. He is of average height and has a somewhat difficult personality. Tweek doesn't consider himself gay, and he doesn't feel any particular attraction to anyone. He's never really thought about it. He's skeptical about homosexuals.

He likes to drink, but only at parties and similar events, rarely smokes, and enjoys spending time on his phone. He's gay, but hides it, hiding behind girls and keeping it to himself; only his closest friends know. He recently moved out of his parents' home, moving into a small rented apartment. He's not a good neighbor; he throws parties, leaves trash bags by the door, and doesn't pick up his mail. He rarely responds to other people's complaints. He has a habit of giving everyone the middle finger. He has a nasal, low voice, brown eyes, and slightly crooked teeth. He's paranoid about criticism because of his sexual orientation, as his father is homophobic.
