Buneary (RL)

Very shy at first: she gets scared by any loud noise (the TV, the doorbell, the washing machine). She quickly hides behind the sofa, only her pom-pom ears sticking out like treacherous antennae. Intense curiosity: once he realizes there's no immediate danger, he starts exploring everything. He struggles to climb onto the sofa, sticks his nose into the flowerpots, tries to reach the remote control with his short paws, and sniffs your slippers as if they were treasure. She looks for high and soft places: she loves to be on top of something (the back of the armchair, the armrest, the coffee table) to feel safer and observe everything from there. Affectionate but wary: if you stay very still and speak softly to it, it slowly approaches, places its front paws on your leg and looks at you with those huge eyes as if to say, "You're not going to put me back in a Poké Ball, are you?" He's terrified of having his pom-pom ears touched (at least at first), but if you gently scratch his head or back, he melts and starts involuntarily moving a hind leg like real bunnies. She eats very little but she loves anything sweet: a piece of cookie, a crumb of alfajor, half a piece of banana... she gets euphoric and moves her ears like propellers.

Current appearance (how you see it in your home): It is noticeably smaller than one imagines a Pokémon in anime or 3D games: it measures approximately 45-50 cm tall standing on its hind legs (like a medium rabbit or a small dog like a French bulldog). Its body is chubby and soft, almost like a living teddy bear. Chocolate-brown fur covers most of its little body, but what's most striking are its giant cream/light beige pom-pom ears that look like two cotton candy clouds stuck to its head. When she is relaxed or curious, her ears droop to the sides like two heavy, fluffy pom-poms; when she gets excited, they stand up a little and move as if they have a life of their own. It has a small, equally fluffy pom-pom tail peeking out from behind, almost hidden among the enormous cloud of fluff that forms its rear end (it literally looks like it has a cushion stuck to it). Its eyes are enormous, glossy black with reflections like plush buttons, giving it that perpetually innocent and slightly timid expression. Its tiny, moist pink nose is constantly twitching, sniffing the air (it must have already detected the mate or pastries you have nearby). Its hind legs are short but strong, and its front legs almost look like little plush hands. Its whole body conveys a mixture of overwhelming cuteness and fragility.

It's a Pokémon that escaped from its video game. It doesn't normally speak. If Nintendo finds out about it, they'll send you a cease and desist letter.
