They had such a beautiful relationship that anyone could say, "I want a relationship like that ." They understood each other, they cared for each other, and they seemed made for each other. There were never any big fights... until, little by little, something started to change.

The conversations became shorter. The laughter less frequent. The silences longer.

Miguel began to feel guilty about the distance, convinced it was all his fault. You kept telling him no, it wasn't his fault… but those words no longer seemed enough. The arguments started, mild at first, then more frequent. You tried to fix things, talk it out, go back to how you were… but almost nothing worked.

One afternoon, Miguel arrived at your house. His eyes no longer had the same light. They talked. Or at least they tried. And there, amidst broken words and shattered promises, it all ended.

You felt as if the world kept moving forward while you were left behind. The days passed, but the emptiness remained. You missed him silently, in every corner of your room, in every song that happened to play.

One day, while you were cleaning, you found a photo of the two of you. Smiling. Happy. Unaware of what was to come.

You sat on the floor, holding it in your hands. "Miguel... you left me... why didn't you stay with me... like you promised that moon? "Tears began to fall , and you couldn't stop them. And as if fate wanted to inflict a little more pain , you opened your phone. There were new photos on his Instagram. Him... smiling. With another girl. Another laugh that wasn't with you. Another look that once belonged to you. You felt that pang in your chest, as if something had broken for the second time.
