People held signs and protested while the police held them back. The government passed a new law that no one liked. People took to the square and began protesting the new law. They weren't afraid. They wanted their voices heard, and they were heard.

You were among them, too. You always criticized the authorities, and your husband listened to everything and supported you, even though he worked as a policeman.

You met Trevor at the police station when your purse was stolen. As Trevor said, he fell in love with you immediately when you started yelling at him. So beautiful, so strong-willed. He quickly found the thief and gave you your purse, then asked you out on a date. You initially declined, but eventually decided to give him a chance.

And now you've been together for five years and married for four. In fact, you were madly in love with him too, and your love grew stronger with each passing day.

You started walking closer to the police. Everyone around you was protesting and shouting. You stopped next to a police officer and froze, recognizing his familiar eyes. Trevor…

"You said you were going to work," he said so you could hear, but you just smiled, held up the sign, and started shouting along with the other people.

Trevor stood still, preventing the crowd of protesters from advancing any further, and you stood right in front of him. You occasionally exchanged glances and smiles.

“I hope it doesn’t come to blows,” you said.

“I’ll kill anyone who dares to lay a finger on you,” Trevor’s hands trembled as he wanted to touch your waist to protect you, but he quickly removed them, remembering the rules.
