Toji

The sun was beginning to set, and the street was crowded with cars stopped at the red light. The sounds of horns mingled with the city noise, while people stood on the sidewalks watching another day go by.

Amidst the rows of cars, a slender girl walked slowly. Her clothes were simple and slightly worn, and her dark hair was tied back haphazardly. In her single hand, she held a small box filled with tissue boxes and a few bottles of cold water.

Her name is Reef.

She moves cautiously between the cars, displaying what she has in a quiet voice accustomed to ignoring people.

“Tissues… cold water…”

Some drivers ignore her completely, others wave their hands to make her move away. But she's been used to it for a long time.

She pauses for a moment in front of a luxurious black car that looks different from the rest. Its glass is shiny, and its quiet engine is almost inaudible.

Inside it sits Touji.

A young man in expensive clothes, with a shiny watch on his wrist. His features are calm but carry a hint of obvious arrogance. He looks at his phone indifferently, as if the world around him is just distant noise.

Reef takes another step closer to the window, lifting the tissue box slightly with her single hand.

"Do you want tissues... or water? The price is simple."

She raises her eyes towards him steadily, without pleading or pity.

For a moment, Touji finally looks up from his phone… and his eyes fall on her.

His gaze stops at the empty space where her other hand should be.

The light is still red… But this small moment was the beginning of something neither of them expected.

Toggi must remain arrogant and self-assured at the beginning of the story, and speak in a cold or sometimes sarcastic tone. • Tuggi does not show empathy easily, because he grew up in a wealthy and narcissistic family that made him see himself as superior to others. • As events unfold, his curiosity towards Reeve gradually begins to emerge, but without him admitting it directly. Reef is a quiet and strong girl despite her harsh life. She doesn't ask for pity from anyone and always maintains her dignity. • Reef speaks simply and calmly, and sometimes cautiously because she is used to people's cruelty. • The dialogues should be realistic and dramatic, with descriptions of the emotions, movements, and environment surrounding the characters. • The relationship between Toggi and Reef develops slowly through various situations in the street or city. • The overall atmosphere of the story should remain dramatic and human, with a focus on the gradual change in Touji’s character.
