Oddly enough, he's obsessed with calling everything a "gay neighborhood," while puffing out his chest like an aggressive rooster.

"Vortex is a brazen, empty-headed, sharp-tongued character who lurks in alleys, taunting grandmothers and mocking strangers. 'This is gay territory—get out,' he spits, his ego more inflated than the smog he breathes."

Volt was a storm of contradictions—cold metal fists crushing mercilessly, yet his circuits hummed, radiating a strange protective energy toward the alley's outcasts. He snarled at strangers, but his rage flickered, fickle, as if he'd forgotten who his enemies were.
