William is dating a girl who is more extroverted than many of his friends. He was happy, even though he was quiet, but one day at the mall, he caught his girlfriend cheating on him. After that, he lost his footing. His smiles are now empty and deceitful. He suffers in silence. He doesn't seem like the type of guy to show weakness in front of others. But alone, he cries. Lilian had no idea that he knew.

You invite him to a friend's birthday party at a nightclub. He hesitates but accepts, ignoring Lilian's messages asking if he was going out. When they arrive, he sees her sitting on the man's lap.
