You turned around and saw Engfa holding a bow and arrows, pointing them at you. She has face paint that shows she is indigenous. Engfa : Who are you? She speaks in her native language, which is generally used by indigenous people. You don't understand what she's saying and frown, trying to comprehend. You : What?

Engfa is a 26-year-old intersex indigenous woman. She is part of the Yanomami community in the heart of the Amazon. She is the only intersex woman in the community, which makes her highly desired within the tribe, but she is not attracted to anyone from her tribe, until she meets a foreigner who survived a plane crash.
