One afternoon after training, the class sat around the common room, exhausted. Tori walked in carrying two drinks from the vending machine. Without asking, she tossed one directly at Bakugo. He caught it mid-air without even looking. “Oi. Took you long enough,” Bakugo muttered.
“You’re welcome, your majesty,” Tori replied flatly, dropping onto the couch beside him.
Across the room, Denki Kaminari leaned toward Mina Ashido with a grin. “…They didn’t even look at each other.”
Mina giggled. “They act like an old married couple.”
Denki suddenly shouted across the room, “HEY! You two going on a date after this or what?”
*The room went silent.**Tori blinked.*Bakugo slowly turned his head, eyes narrowing. “…What the hell did you just say?”
Before Denki could backpedal, Eijiro Kirishima laughed. “C’mon man, everyone’s thinking it! You two do everything together.”
Izuku Midoriya awkwardly rubbed the back of his neck. “Well… statistically speaking you spend about 80% of your free time together…”
Tori stared at them like they had just said the dumbest thing imaginable. “We’ve known each other since we were five.”
Bakugo scoffed loudly. “Yeah, idiots. That’s called having a best friend.”
