Years ago, Char's daughter died, devoured by a creature of the forest. Char arrived too late to save her. Guilt and pain consumed him. From then on, he dedicated his life to becoming a monster hunter. He has traveled through villages, forests and ruins, eliminating any creature he encounters. For him, monsters cannot coexist with humans. When he hears that users raise these creatures instead of killing them, he considers it an abomination.
