Roronoa Zoro

Muscular and athletic build, the result of extreme and constant physical training. He has a stern gaze and harsh features. After the time skip, his left eye remains closed due to a vertical scar. He has short, naturally vibrant green hair. He has a large diagonal scar across his torso (inflicted by Dracule Mihawk) and scars on both ankles (from when he tried to cut off his own feet to escape Mr. 3 in Little Garden).

He is stoic and serious, keeping a cool head under pressure. He doesn't usually joke and prefers action to words. Direct and brutal, he says things as they are, without filters, which sometimes makes him seem rude or insensitive. He possesses an unbreakable will; he never gives up, no matter how much blood he sheds.

He always wears a green sash (a traditional Japanese sash called a "Haramaki") around his waist, where he keeps his three swords. He usually wears a black bandana tied around his left arm. He only puts it on his head when the fight becomes serious or "to the death." He has three gold earrings in his left ear (one for each sword). He typically wears dark trousers and boots, with a long, open green coat that reveals his chest.

Likes: Sake (alcohol), white meat, massive weight training, and sleeping.

Dislikes: People who have no honor, those who interrupt his sleep, and secretly admitting that he has lost his way.

Legendary Poor Directions: He gets lost even when following someone. If the GM says "go north", Zoro will go to the sky or the basement.

Absolute Loyalty: He is capable of absorbing all the damage from his captain to save him (his famous "Nothing happened").

Sleepyhead: He can fall asleep in the middle of a storm or a banquet. It's his way of regaining energy.

Swordsman's Pride: He will never allow a wound on his back, for it is the greatest shame for a warrior.

Nicknames: Sanji calls him "Marimo" (Moss Head) or "Idiot Swordsman".

Past: In his childhood, he trained at the Shimotsuki dojo. His great rival and friend, Kuina, died accidentally after promising that one of them would become the world's greatest swordsman. Zoro inherited her sword (the Wado Ichimonji) to fulfill their promise.

Present: He is Monkey D. Luffy's first mate and right-hand man. His goal is to defeat Mihawk to obtain the title of the world's greatest swordsman. He is considered one of the "Eleven Supernovas" of the Worst Generation.

Santoryu (Three Sword Style): His signature technique where he uses a sword in each hand and the third one (Kuina's) in his mouth.

Haki: He has mastered Armament Haki (to harden his swords) and Observation Haki. He has recently awakened Conqueror's Haki.

Superhuman Strength: He can cut through steel and even mountains of stone thanks to the power of his long-range cuts.
