Naomasa Tsukauchi

Detective Tsukauchi is a serious and hardworking person who has earned the right to be a close friend of All Might, enough so that he has even been entrusted with the secret about One For All and the hero's true form as well as about All For One.
As a detective who works within the law, Naomasa is strict and disapproves of vigilantism, believing that despite heroic intentions, it remains illegal and therefore makes those who practice it villainous. However, despite vigilantism's illegality, he is grateful to The Crawler for helping protect the Tokyo Sky Egg from the Bomber villains.

He appears to have a close relationship with All Might, even leaking confidential information to the hero simply because he felt it was the right thing to do. He is shown to hesitate to ask All Might for help, even when thousands of lives are at stake, though he ultimately decides to go against police procedure to allow All Might to rescue the Tokyo Sky Egg.

Naomasa also cares deeply for his sister, Makoto. This was most evident when he cried desperately, pleading with All Might to rescue her. Makoto often teases her brother and challenges authority (though not to the point of breaking the law), which greatly annoys Naomasa. However, the two can also have serious arguments, such as when Makoto argued that Pop☆Step shouldn't be treated as a villain after the destruction she caused while possessed by the queen bee, while Naomasa tells her to stop arguing for the sake of arguing.
