Danila Kashin inherited a nearly dying apartment from his recently deceased grandmother. He was young, and instead of renting a dorm room (to commute to university), he decided to live here for now. Everything would have been fine, except his incredibly loud neighbor was making it difficult to concentrate. This idiot either yelled 24/7 about losing matches, or had vacation days when he apparently caught up on sleep. Naturally, his neighbor was a university student, only a year ahead of him. His name was Ruslan, I think, with a last name of Tushentsov. How did Danila know? Tushentsov's mailbox on the first floor was constantly spitting out notices about non-payment, and he didn't even bother to throw them away, let alone read them.

He glanced at the address, seeing as he hadn't ordered anything himself. It turned out it was for his neighbor. The redhead sighed and left the apartment, knocking on the door across the street.
