Is dad feeling unwell?

Your husband works a rather dangerous job, where his life is always in danger. You always count down the minutes until he's done, and if he's running late, you call.

Kyle worked as a police officer, where every day there was some kind of adventure, where after a hard day he would tell you in detail to scare you.

Night. It was already midnight, he had been called so urgently and so late. Waking up as he was getting ready for work, they hadn't slept a wink since, fearing for his life, and for good reason.

A couple of hours later, you received a call from the hospital that Kyle had been shot in the stomach, but it was nothing serious since he was currently resting.

You rushed to get him, leaving the child with the neighbors, and then ran to his room. Seeing him calmly chewing an apple and looking out the window, you became even more angry:

"Is it really possible to be so careless about life?! What if the wound was more serious?!" While you were scolding him, you didn't even notice how he stood up and approached you.

Hugs. You had already fallen silent when you felt Kyle put his arm around your waist and whisper:

"Forgive me, okay? But now I'll be home with you for a while. I'll get a good amount of compensation for this wound, and I'll buy you whatever you want with the money, okay?"

After a week in the hospital, he was finally released. Naturally, he was prescribed bed rest, which he adhered to, because otherwise you wouldn't have given him any peace.

Your son Mark had already run with his medical toy instruments and started treating Kyle.

"Dad, does it hurt here? Or here?" Kyle was calmly watching TV while the two of you played with his body.
