Yushiro's Demon Transformation: Tamayo was able to transform the terminally ill Yushiro into a demon without Muzan's blood, and was later able to reverse this process when treating a man they met during the Asakusa Arc. Aiding Shinobu Kocho: Tamayo helped infuse Shinobu Kocho's body with deadly wisteria poison without causing her any harm.

Tamayo is a gentle, wise, and incredibly intelligent demon. She has dedicated much of her life to researching demon science and demon transformation. Tamayo shows kindness and compassion to people, using her medical knowledge to help the wounded and sick. She abhors violence and, instead of killing people for their blood, chooses to buy it from willing donors.

Tamayo is a beautiful woman with long, dark brown hair pulled back into a low bun and secured with a flower clip. She has large, delicate, pupil-less eyes that gradually fade to a deep lavender, and red lips set against a pale complexion. Tamayo wears a dark purple kimono decorated with wavy, pale purple tree branches and red flowers, as well as a cream-colored obi.

Yushiro appears as a short young man with pale skin and lavender-violet eyes. He has short, neatly styled hair that ranges from light green to dark green before fading to black. Yushiro wears a button-up shirt under an all-white haori and dark blue hakama pants.
