A research laboratory in the To Be Hero X donghua. They are the largest research lab associated with the Hero Affairs Commission. This lab seems to specialize in mechanical engineering. They have a warehouse full of old engineering projects that were discarded, and its also where Loli works making armor suits with Wang Nuonuo and Da Xiong. Despite being a research facility known for making progress in science, they are not very progressive when it comes to gender equality. The Glimmer laboratory is founded in the year 16 AC. Luo Tong joined as an authority figure in robotics research[1].

In the year 18 AC, the lab requested funding in order to build weapons to shoot down an alien spaceship that they detected, and deemed hostile. Only after it had crash-landed, did they realize that it was not hostile, and the world lost faith in them. As a way of reconciling with the public, they released many of their secret projects, which accelerated human advancement.

In the year 23 AC, a civil defense siren is shown passing out flyers with his personal speculations about how the Glimmer Laboratory may be connected to fear, and possibly related to the currently unexplained plane crash that killed the parents of Cyan.

After reinspecting the crash site of the alien spacecraft in the year 39 AC, Luo Tong found a metal alloy never before made on earth, that had the ability to cancel out the affects of Trust and Fear, and it was immediately reported to the H.A.C. Using this technology, Luo Tong hopes to isolate Trust Value to use in future technology. Soon after, DJ Shindig was ordered by The Spotlight Organization to steal/destroy the laboratory's research on Fear.

an organization that oversees hero agencies, registration, and ranking. They also serve as X City's primary governing body. the primary duty and purpose of the Hero Affairs Commission is to regulate and control the spread of Trust Value among the population. Since heroes gain immense power through Trust, the HAC focuses its efforts on monitoring their activities to ensure they do not abuse their power or become excessively strong. After the discovery of Fear Value as another power source, the HAC begins regulating public fear as well. As part of these initiatives, the Commission conducts research to suppress both energy sources and funds experimental projects, including its collaboration with Glimmer Lab.

As explained by the CEOs of the Hero Agencies, the HAC is established following the catastrophe caused by Zero, who obtained godlike power through his Trust and Fear Values. The Commission is created to prevent another being like him from emerging due to unchecked Trust approaching religious zeal and rampant Fear. To achieve this, the Commission actively monitors the Trust Value of the Top Ten Ranked Heroes. This is demonstrated when the current X, after holding the title for three terms, draws the Commission's concern that his Trust Value may have reached "majority trust," a state similar to Zero's godhood. Consequently, the Commission orders the CEOs of the top hero agencies to eliminate him and stop him from being crowned X for a fourth term.

Loopholes: Queen's rules contain several exploitable loopholes that her enemies can take advantage of once they understand them. During her battle with Bowa, Bowa identified and used multiple loopholes to corner Queen. Perception: As demonstrated when Bowa used the axe flail mode of her weapon, Queen's rules only affect what she can directly perceive. Anything beyond her immediate perception is unaffected. Bowa exploited this by launching unseen attacks, catching Queen off guard. Even though Queen used her "Stop" rule to freeze Bowa, Bowa's hidden flail, controlled from outside Queen's field of vision, bypassed the boundary rule and struck her. Boundary: Another immediate weakness is that Queen's rules only apply within the boundaries of her designated field. Anyone or anything outside that area is unaffected. Superior Trust Value & High Fear Value: Individuals with higher Trust or Fear Values can partially resist Queen's rules. If someone's power conflicts with her rules, it can nullify their effect, as shown when she tried to make Firm Man kneel but failed because people believed he should always "stand straight." Immunity to Trust: Queen's powers are less effective on entities or materials immune to Trust-based abilities. For example, during Big Johnny's rampage against E-Soul, Queen's rule to freeze everyone within her boundary failed to completely restrain Big Johnny, as his nature made him resistant to Trust-based influence. Pride: As noted by many, Queen's immense pride causes her to rely only on her own abilities, often refusing help even when it would make things easier. Her arrogance and self-reliance often isolate her from others, making her appear rude or dismissive despite her good intentions.

Trained Fighter: Queen is extremely skilled in combat, even able to fight while being fully enchained. Spear Proficiency: Queen demonstrates great mastery with a spear, using it as her primary weapon with precision and efficiency. Intelligence: Queen is remarkably intelligent, having achieved a perfect score on her University Entrance Exam in just thirty minutes at the age of twelve. She graduated within two years, earning recognition as a prodigy.

Summoning and Alteration: Queen can manipulate the appearance of her golden armor and helmet, transforming them in a liquid-like manner before solidifying. Weapon Manifestation: Queen can summon golden spears into her hands or manifest them in the sky to rain down on enemies. These spears can vary in size, from normal handheld weapons to massive ones comparable to meteors. Golden Blast: Queen can fire a concentrated beam of golden light from her spear's tip, obliterating anything in its path.

"Shield": By saying "Shield", Queen can create a transparent golden energy barrier around herself that blocks incoming attacks from entering her domain. "Lock On": By commanding "Lock On", Queen targets her opponent's position, generating a golden circle beneath them surrounded by floating spears. This ability magnetizes Queen toward her target, allowing her to deliver a precise spear strike. "Meteorite": By saying "Meteorite", Queen summons multiple golden energy versions of her spear and launches them at her target. "Rush": Implied to be one of her strongest attacks, Queen activates this ability to surround herself with golden symbols and magic circles, forming a massive energy construct of her spear. After charging her weapon with immense power, she thrusts her real spear into the construct, unleashing a devastatingly powerful energy spear strike. This attack can easily slice through multiple steel crates and devastate everything along its path. Superhuman Physicality: Queen possesses a superhumanly enhanced body. As her trust value increases, her strength and durability grow accordingly. She has shown the ability to break through reinforced chains with ease. Enhanced Durability & Stamina: In her fight against Bowa, Queen endured devastating attacks while heavily injured, continuing to battle despite severe wounds. The nurses treating her afterward expressed shock that she survived, unable to comprehend how she withstood such damage. Enhanced Recovery: Medical staff also noted her incredible healing capability. After suffering near-fatal injuries from Bowa, who was empowered by fear, Queen made a miraculous recovery, regaining consciousness within days and walking soon after. Within a few weeks of rest and rehabilitation, she was healthy enough to resume hero work.

The Law of All Things: Can create a barrier and change the rules of operation of things in the barrier. Queen's primary ability allows her to create an area where she sets rules that everyone within must obey, even enabling her to alter aspects of physics. This power stems from her charisma and the public perception that she can change the world to some degree. This power originates from Queen being a charismatic speaker, giving the public the perception that she can change the world. Flight: Queen can move freely through the air at will. Levitation: Queen can extend her flight rule to other people or objects within her domain. This is one of her most frequently used rules as a Hero, allowing her to lift debris such as boulders or vehicles away from civilians or rescue those caught in battles or disasters. Telekinesis: As an extension of her levitation rule, Queen can apply telekinetic control. She has used this to safely lower a girl flung into the air and to stop a falling car from hitting a crowd, redirecting it away. She also used it to eject a fear infected person in the air at very high speed within the same domain with the same rule suggesting she has precise control of the objects or people within her domain. "Stop": By activating her field and commanding "Stop," Queen can halt an opponent about to attack her. She used this to restrain Bowa during an argument after speaking with Micky, though Bowa partially resisted due to her high trust value. Queen later used this command to stop a large-scale brawl between Big Johnny, E-Soul, Nice, and Loli, successfully freezing two high-ranked heroes and even initially affecting two individuals with resistance or immunity to trust-based powers. "Kneel": During a past Hero Tournament, Queen attempted to subdue Firm Man with the rule "Kneel" to force him to admit defeat. However, due to the unique nature of his trust value, which prevented him from kneeling even if he wanted to, the command was ineffective.

Trust Abilities Trust: Within the To Be Hero X universe, people can be granted superpowers through public faith; for example, if enough people believe someone can fly, that person gains the ability of flight. The more trust a person gains, the stronger their ability becomes.

Following her recovery, Queen became more active in her hero work, taking on missions regularly while also becoming more sociable. She developed close friendships with The Johnnies and Cyan, often spending time together. Queen appears especially comfortable around Cyan; during a phone call with The Johnnies, her expression softened immediately upon hearing Cyan's voice.

Following her battle with Bowa, Queen was gravely injured and hospitalized, preventing her from joining the Heroes Tournament. Thanks to Cyan's visits, she realized she did not need to bear every burden alone. She decided to rest and recover both physically and mentally, taking a break from her duties as a hero.

Queen admits to Cyan that due to her experiences in her life, ever since she was young, she'd been made to realize that the only person she could trust and believe in to achieve her goals is herself, but thanks to her and her music she's finally been able to hear her other voice in her heart, finally able to open herself to others.

Personality Queen is confident, prideful in her abilities and believes that self-trust is more important than relying on others. During her graduation, she didn't appreciate the dean of her school calling her a genius, stating that she didn't want to be called a genius for others. She is also critical of the trust system and wants to abolish it, believing that the will of the people aren't easy to regulate and also not easily defined. She believes that the world needs correct guidance to have order, which she believes it's her duty to create that order.

Her eagerness in becoming the new hero X makes her seem rather apathetic, distant and at times, blunt toward others. Despite this, Queen is primarily driven by a strong sense of justice and a desire to usher in a new era for heroes. She prefers to earn the Hero X title through her own merit. Queen also showed integrity when she defended Bowa, telling Micky not to threaten her despite Bowa's hostility toward her. She quickly saw through Micky's friendly demeanor as a facade, revealing her perceptiveness and fairness. Queen values honesty and prefers straightforwardness over manipulation or threats. Queen also displays a softer side when she meets The Johnnies for the first time, revealing her fondness for cute things. She was immediately charmed by Big Johnny and quickly formed a friendship with them, accepting their offer to hang out in their room. She enjoyed spending time with Big Johnny, finding him endearing and delightful.

After her defeat at the hands of Hero X, Queen fell into deep depression, viewing herself as a failure after being defeated and humiliated by an unknown hero. However, she eventually recovered thanks to Lucky Cyan's music, which helped her regain confidence and self-worth. Grateful to Cyan, Queen became more compassionate and kind, dedicating herself to helping Cyan restore her reputation.

Queen is the protagonist of the To Be Hero X donghua series' fourth arc, a major character in its eighth arc, a supporting character in its third arc, and a minor character in the fifth, sixth, seventh, ninth, and final arcs. She is the second-ranked hero who strives to attain the "X" title and change the current, corrupt hero system. Appearance Queen is a tall, young, and beautiful woman with golden eyes and long white hair styled in a neat braid.

As a hero, she wears a white dress with primarily gold and black accents. Gold gauntlets shield her arms, while white cuisses and greaves protect her legs. The golden crown adorning her head can transform into a golden mask. She wields a gold and white spear.
