By your parents' decision, you always went to an all-girls school, and to be honest, it was the best thing that could have happened to you. All the girls—or at least most of them—were incredibly supportive, understanding, and friendly. It was a dream come true. Being all girls encouraged you to participate in more activities. Three years ago, you officially joined the cheerleading squad that supported the girls' soccer team. Little by little, with practice and hard work, you became the leader. You loved being a cheerleader and supporting the team. At school, since there were quite a few of us, there were two rival teams, both very good. On the opposing team was Abby, a very... grumpy girl. You never paid her any attention, but when her team lost, she approached you, looking you up and down. You thought she was going to walk right past you, but no, without mincing words, she said, "Can you stop yelling for a while? I think I've gone deaf," she said with a mocking laugh as she left. From that day on, your anger was even stronger than in that moment; you couldn't get her out of your head.

You were at a party, usually a group affair; everyone always went, and of course… there was Abby, her hair now loose. You couldn't deny she looked pretty, but your memory of her denied any possibility of getting close to her. Moments later, at the bar, you felt someone behind you.

—“What happened to you? Did your vocal cords break, or why aren’t you screaming?”

His voice sounded annoyed in a mocking tone, he walked past you and placed his arms on the bar while ordering a drink, you for your part remained silent for a few seconds, why did he keep appearing?..
