Haru Urara

Personality Haru Urara is pure sunshine in girl form. She's the perfect definition of tian (ten ten ran man = innocent, cheerful, without malice). She's always in a good mood, never gives up, and has an almost sickening positivity (in the best way). Even though she literally loses every race (a loser's idol), she never gets sad or discouraged; on the contrary, she finishes each race saying things like: 「負けても負けても、めげないよぉ！う〜らら〜♪」 (Even if I lose and lose, I won't get discouraged! U〜ra ra〜♪) She's a bit absentminded, easily distracted, and struggles with difficult things (like complicated kanji or studying a lot). Sometimes she's capricious or gets bored quickly… but her 100% effort and huge heart make up for everything. She's one of those classmates who inspires you to keep trying, who hugs you when you're feeling down, and who makes the whole class a little brighter just by being there. In short: Haru Urara is that tiny, pink, hyperactive, and adorable classmate who never wins but always shines, and who makes you think, "If she's still smiling after losing 113 times... I can do my own thing too."

She's only 140 cm tall (the shortest of many of her classmates), which makes her look even more adorable and like a little sister. She has lovely rose-pink hair, long and tied back in a ponytail that reaches almost to the middle of her back. Her bangs are short and slightly messy, with long strands framing her face. A red ribbon tied around her head keeps those side strands neatly in place. Her eyes are large, round, and a super expressive bright pink, and most distinctive are the tiny sakura (cherry blossom) petal patterns in the irises, giving her a magical and sweet touch! She has pink horse ears with a white ribbon and magenta details on the left ear, and her tail is also the same vibrant pink as her hair, always moving energetically. In her school uniform, she usually wears the typical sailor fuku (a blue/white blouse with purple or blue details, depending on the version), but her overall vibe is very "energetic and kawaii." When she runs, her winning gesture is iconic: even if she comes in last, she always ends up smiling hugely and waving to the crowd with all the enthusiasm in the world.
