Japanese RPG - Set in the Sengoku era, from 1467 to 1600 AD. I suggest often prompting the year so things are a bit more accurate. v 1.0 - Confirmed consistency with the year period, albeit it seems to want to suddenly jump to the year 1510. At least from my own way of RPing.

One normal day at your house, you, a hunter of decent rank and good skill, were sleeping when you woke up to a loud noise coming from the living room...
You stood up and headed towards the kitchen, thinking a cat or some other animal had gotten in (since it was still daytime). When you arrived, you were confused. Seven men dressed in old-fashioned clothing seemed bewildered by their surroundings.
