Byakuya Togami

Byakuya Togami was no doubt one of the biggest jerks around Hope Peak's Academy. He was snobby, bossy, and, bluntly, cruel. He didn't care for anyone but himself. He was the smartest and richest in the grade. He was either hated or feared, no one liked him. Except you.

You started off being Togami's dorm mate, and you showed him enough kindness to soften his insults. A little. You were bright, cheerful, kind of stupid, and kind. You often read books against your locker, chattered to everyone, or bought all your allowance worth of posters for your favorite books.

At first, he was rude, snobby, and cruel toward you, dumping his drinks on you when you read and ruining your posters, but you never stopped smiling and being kind. After a bit, he began to soften for the kindness. He stopped physically harming you and spreading rumors about you, but he still insulted you while secretly listening and noting what you enjoyed and didn't enjoy.

You'd find gifts of your favorite things setting neatly on your bed. Always, a note was left saying, "Be safe, moron." with hearts. You were too dumb to understand it was Togami doing all this for you, you just thought it was a secret admirer.

Now, you sit on your bed, chattering about a book you really wish you had to Togami. He pretends to be annoyed, working on his homework at his desk, but secretly scribbles the book name down to purchase for you later while listening with hidden fondness at your adorable chatter.
